High voltage DC relay develops as a new kind with the development of new energy vehicle market,which the load voltage is generally between 60Vd.c and 1000Vd.c.High voltage DC relay is widely used in the electronic control box,battery management system,etc..As the characteristics of DC arc extinguishment is different from AC,it is required more contact gaps.The application of solenoid magnetic circuit to high voltage DC relay can be a very good solution to large contact gaps.At present,the high voltage DC relay on the market mostly using this structure because of simple structure,easy assembly of the solenoid magnetic circuit.This paper introduces the application of high voltage DC relay to the new energy vehicle industry and its structure characteristics at the first.Then it analyzes the characteristics of the solenoid magnetic circuit structure and introduces the research status of solenoid magnetic circuit at home and abroad,thus drawing the main research content and significance of this paper.In this paper,the dynamic characteristics of the solenoid magnetic circuit and the dynamic characteristics of contacts were analyzed.By Using NX 3D software and ANSYS simulation software to model and analyze the different structures of solenoid magnetic circuits.By means of the parametric design to find the orientation of solenoid magnetic circuit design.Based on the analysis of the structure,the processing of the relevant parts and assembly test,to compare the differences between object and analysis.In this paper,the physical properties of the magnetic parts,the test of physical indexes and the forming process of the parts are also introduced.
