| With the more and more worsening of the pollution in the power and the need of the technology in the power transmission of high-performance, small size and light weight are very pressing needs for power supply. At present, high frequency, small components and structures is the primary mean to solve the problem. So, the technique of single phase voltage regulator with chop-control is one of the most popular researches. As a new and high-performance technology, single phase voltage regulator with chop-control overcome the disadvantages of a lot of harmonic contained in the, hard to filter and the low power factor, and is a technique with good development prospects.First, we compared and analyzed the phase voltage regulator and the voltage regulator with chop-control, and proved the advantage of the voltage regulator with chop-control, and analyzed the principle of the voltage regulator. Compare the main topologies of several kinds of single phase voltage regulator with chop-control circuits, and determine the topologies of the main circuit in the paper.Secondly, compared and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the control mode of the voltage regulator with chop-control, and determined the control mode in the paper is the control mode of chop-controlled AC voltage regulator which adopts the non-complementary control mode with current detecting. Study the control mode deeply, and design the PI control regulator.Again, based on the analysis of the principle of single phase voltage regulator with chop-control and control mode, design the hardware structure, the of the main circuit and the software of the whole system. Set up the simulation model of every part of the system and the whole closed-loop system.The results of the experiments proved that single phase voltage regulator with chop-control have the advantages that it is easy to filter, the waveform of the input current, output voltage and output current are well, the pollution of the power harmonic is light. The single phase voltage regulator with chop-control is better than conventional phase-control AC voltage regulator. Digital control have many advantages, such as static and dynamic performance, high-precision, short-cycle, better man-machine interface and telecommunication. Digital control is also one of the innovations in the thesis. |
