| Temperature is one of important parameters to define the status of materials. With the development of the foundry level, the requirements of the liquid metal temperature measurement increase higher and higher. In this thesis, there is a design of casting site which is suitable for severe environment with the thermometer of foundry casting hot spot analysis of data processing functions.This design set a portion of blackbody high temp-endurance conduit which contact with high-temp source at the top of temp-measurement probe. Then it can eliminate the interrupting of smoke and sinter of casting infrared thermometer. When the probe gets the temperature, the temperature signal is transferred into volt signal by the amplifier. Then transfer it to the single-chip to make the analysis and calculation. For the use of thermometer in portable mode, temperature data and status is output by voice, and reducing the power consumption through portable headphones. Measurement results can be displayed on the LED display. Thermometer can also constitute a real-time temperature monitoring system through the communication between RS-232 serial bus and host computer. In this way, the host computer controls the working process of thermometer; it shows the real-time temperature curve, makes casting thermal analysis and save measurement data according to casting temperature of the cooling curve. Casting thermal analysis includes carbon equivalent content of CEL, the volume of carbon and silicon samples.This thesis designs a single-chip MSP430 temperature measure module and voice recording circuit constituted by ISD2560 voice chip. We use easy- to-understand language design PC monitoring software which includes real-time display software, database management software and casting thermal analysis data processing software. The relevant circuit schematic diagram and software flow chart is showed in this thesis.This design overcomes the problem that non-contact infrared temperature measurement affected by a wide range of environmental factors. It also reduces the costs because of alternative to the traditional platinum and rhodium platinum thermocouple. It also provides an effective method for the implementation of the foundry industry for the liquid metal temperature measurement and intelligent thermal analysis. |
