In the operation of solar thermal power tower system,the surface temperature of the receiver is a very important parameter.The surface temperature measurement of the receiver plays an important role in the performance monitoring of the receiver and the heliostat field,and the same as in the safety and stability operation of the whole system.The real-time measurement of temperature and its distribution can improve working efficiency of the receiver and stability of the target control for the heliostat field.For the receiver,its uniform temperature distribution and reduction of hot spots can greatly increase the expected working life.This article is a research on surface temperature measurement of the receiver for solar thermal power tower system,and we design a system that can be used for surface temperature measurement of the receiver for solar thermal power tower system.The main tasks completed are as follows:1.The status of research on solar thermal power and solar thermal power tower system has been learned.2.The common surface temperature measurement has been learned,and the infrared imaging system was selected as the surface temperature measurement,and the feasibility is verified through experiment.3.Through the theory of infrared radiation and the working principle of infrared imaging system,we discussed the influences of accuracy of the temperature measurement.The physical model of the infrared imaging system was built.4.The model of atmospheric transmittance was built by theoretical study on the influence of atmospheric transmittance.Based on the atmospheric transmittance model,the program which can get the atmospheric transmittance curve and the average through the different conditions input has been written with MATLAB.5.Based on the application environment of temperature measurement,we put forward the design requirements of infrared optical system.The optical system are designed and optimized,and the optimization results conform to the requirements of the system.6.The infrared imaging system was completed,we developed the software which is suitable for the temperature measurement system,and tested the performance of the system.Verified the accuracy of the system.
