The experiment investigation of the concrete mechanical properties qualitative analyzes the relationship between the micro-structure and the macro-mechanical properties, through the contrast of the targets of the macro-mechanical properties. Because of the lack of, it is difficult to establish quantitative relations between them. And numerical analysis can only analyze specific matters, also can not set up the quantitative relations between the mechanical properties and the parameters of the micro-structure. By using averaging theories, though stiffness of concrete can be got perfectly, and the formula which reflect the relations between the uniform stress and the micro-structural can be got ,but the strength of concrete can not be got perfectly . Although the strength theories can give the criteria of intensity damage in the complex stress, but which also can not set up the quantitative relations between the parameters of micro-structure and the strength of concrete. In this paper, the quantitative relations between the parameters of micro-structure and the mechanical properties of concrete are studied by using averaging theory and elastic theory .First of all, concrete three-phase micro-mechanics model is built .Then, the stress-filed and strain-filed of each phase are calculated .The average stress of cement phase is calculated by using dilute distribution method. And finally, the judge criterion about early crack appearing can be built with the dilute distribution result as the concrete unit' s outside force. The comparative analysis of the theoretical solution and the numerical solution of an example shows that the judge criterion has value of using in the project.
