| The present paper deals with vibration and noise of the automatic rolling washer. Beginning with the test and finite element analysis, the test and structural static analysis, finite element analysis and harmonic response analysis were carried out. The fluid noise at important area of the washer was also analyzed. Several improving scheme were put forward based on the analysis above. Then the dynamic model of the improved cabinets of washer was established and the vibration reducing effect on the improved schemes was forecasted.The main study contents in this paper is illustrated in four parts :(1)According to the national standards of GB/T4288-2003《household electric washing machines》,vibration and noise of the rolling washing machine were tested, the vibration and noise spectra were obtained, the main sources were identified. In addition, According to the test standards of GB/T10069《The testing method and limit value of rolling electrical motor》, the noise of the electrical motor, which is used in the rolling washing machine, was measured also. The main factors that affected the noise of the electrical motor were analyzed. Based on the works above, some advices were presented in order to decrease its noise.(2) The finite element model was established with the software ANSYS , the structural static analysis were made and some positions where press and deformation are significant were found out after the static analysis of the drum. The model analysis of the drum was conducted and its model parameters were obtained. Base on the analysis of washing machine, the rationality of improved is verified.(3) The soundproof cover was designed to reduce the noise of the washing machine motor and the mechanical noise and fluid noise were controlled effectively.(4) The Computational Fluid Dynamics(FLUENT) software is used to analyze the fluid field of the belt pulley and the fluid field between the belt pulley and roller. Based on the works above, some advices were presented in order to decrease its noise. |
