| China is a very water-poor country. Our country's water resources total quantity is 28124 billion cubic meters, of which runoff is 27115 billion cubic meters, water resources per capita is only 2350 cubic meters, water resources unit area is 27867 billion cubic meters,lower than the world average more. Particularly in northern areas, water resources per capita is only 938 cubic meters, water resources unit area is 6810 billion cubic meters. Water is lifeline of the human survival and developing economy,it is the important material base of the social sustainable development,it is the important ecological resource and economic resource,it is concerned the National economy and the people's livelihood directly.Zaozhuang city located in northern region of our country, and its specific geographic features and climatic conditions, rainfall with time and space are unevenly distributed during the year, interannual changes in large, multi-focus on the characteristics of flood season, resulted in different parts of the city, to varying degrees shortage of resources, shortage of engineering, shortage of water quality, and restricted the sustainable development of social economy and ecological environment seriously.In order to plan and use river runoff reasonably, defense flood and drought disaster, increase the industry and agriculture volume of diversion, supplement the ground water, and improvement basin ecological environment, the construction of the reservoir with integrated features is one of the effective ways.Based on the research made in translation theories, this paper mainly has done the following several aspect work:(1) Summarized in the necessity of ZhuangLi reservoir construction scale research:Constructing ZhuangLi reservoir will alleviates the water resources scarce condition of Zaozhuang , constructing ZhuangLi reservoir is the demand of develop agriculture irrigation,sharpens the region flood prevention ability, and is the important action of improvement ecological environment of cross river basin.(2) Carried on the runoff and flood analysis calculation of the came water above ZhuangLi reservoir dam site.Through the analysis of physical geography, water profiles, climate, weather characteristics, hydrological station network and data of the Cross River Basin where ZhuangLi reservoir is located, compare the use of hydrological runoff calculation method,using information from the heavy rains of design flood calculation methods of flood analysis.(3) Carried on hennessy adjustment calculation of ZhuangLi reservoir dam site,based on ZhuangLi reservoir water task, through the calendar of hennessy adjustment calculation.(4) Carried on flood adjustment calculation of ZhuangLi reservoir dam site, based on flood control task and safety vent of the downstream of the rive,in accordance with the principle of water balance and Reservoir Water Level~Capacity~Vent to flood adjustment calculation.(5) According to the results of transfer count to determine a reasonable scale. |
