Nowadays, on account of the problems of environmental pollution and exhaustion of energy sources becoming worse and worse, Developing and using new energy sources become more and more important, and solar energy has been gradually used because of its advantages such as clearness, enrichment etc. PV generation has made great strides in worldwide, which is thought to be the most developed renewable source. PV supply is one important part for present research and development, which was main supply converter equipment in the utilization of solar energy.Based on actual item, this paper detailedly analyzes the research process of PV supply, and the designing process of a 1kVA single-phase PV grid-connected power supply based on former work of members of our lab, then introduces parallel operation of inverters. The major works of this paper are summarized as follows:The first part: In chapter one, the significance of PV generator and the foreground of PV industry are well summarized, and the source of this item and its main content are introduced.The second part: Based on the actual guideline, a 1kVA single-phase PV power supply including the structure of DC-DC and DC-AC is re-designed. In chapter two, the main circuit and control circuit of DC part are designed, and the design of RCD snubber circuit, the parameter of LC filter, the selection of magnetic material, and the SMPS is detailedly introduced; In chapter three, the main circuit and control circuit of AC part are designed, and the parameter of LCL filter is calculated. Then the double-loop control strategy of inverters is elaborately analyzed, and the control strategy in Grid-connected are summarized; In chapter four, the EMC including being contacted or involved in the system is summarized and the efficiency is analyzed; In chapter five, the control strategy is father analyzed, including control flow chart and procedures flow chart. At last, the simulation and experiment showed that the design of the hardware and control strategy is feasible.The third part: In chapter five, the problem of redundancy design of inverters is researched briefly. To realize the parallel operation of wireless inverters, the paper adopts the control arithmetic based on droop control. At last, the preparatory simulation using MATLAB showed that the design was feasible.
