Research On Measurement For The Magnetic Properties Parameters Of The Magnetic Material

With the development of electronic technology and computer technology, the related application of soft magnetic materials is becoming more and more widespread. The properties of soft magnetic materials are paid more and more attention by researchers. The measurements of the static magnetic character curve and the dynamic magnetic character curve have been incorporated into modern physics experiment in the teaching program. It is one of the basic experiments. Therefore, the researching and development of low-cost, quick and portable magnetic measuring instruments is an important issue.In this thesis, the measurements of the static magnetic character and the dynamic magnetic character are researched. Their main contents are as follows:1. The new measuring method is studied based on measuring the static magnetic parameters by the traditional impact galvanometer. According to the impact method, the measuring system of the static magnetic parameters is designed using the MCU technology and the electronic technology. This system can measure the magnetic parameters automatically.2. Based on the measuring principle of the dynamic magnetic parameters, the measuring system of the dynamic magnetic parameters is designed. It includes two parts which are hardware system and software system. Hardware system consists of signal sample circuit, signal conditioning circuit, peripheral circuit of MCU and DC power supply. The software system includes the design of the host computer program and the MCU program. The task of the MCU program is to complete the acquisition of signal and send it to the host computer for processing through the serial port. The host computer program is developed by Delphi with man-machine interactive interface of the measuring system of the dynamic magnetic parameters, It helps the host computer to control the slave computer so as to realize the signal acquisition, data processing, data displaying, complete the measurement of the magnetic parameters and draw the magnetic character curve. The test results indicate that the measuring of the real-time dynamic magnetic parameters, the processing and the storing of the data, the displaying of the graph can be successfully achieved. The entire system has the advantages of low cost and quick sample. It can be applied to research and education.
