The robust design method is a kind of engineering design method which have developed in recent years, the guidelines are the use of the situation when factors (causes) change in a small scale as a result of modest deterioration variables (results) do not affect the sensitivity of product performance, quality and cost make the best integrated into the design to improve product quality and reduce costs。Look back systemic the development of robust design, combine robust design and fuzzy design into fuzzy robust optimal design。Swing movable teeth was a new research gear driven type, immaturity in some sides, and did not acquire any results by general optimal design。In order to analyze and research, exert mostly fuzzy robust design and modeling and emulation of PRO/E to swing movable teeth transmission。First design fuzzy to it in MATLAB condition, then analyze to optimal ends by robust method of Taguchi, parameter design in inner table and outer table, educe final optimal ends and analyze image in MATLAB condition。Design virtually and emulate movement to optimal ends in PRO/E condition, finally analyze inner teeth loop of center wheel of important accessory, proof stress and displace??攧d prove to fill design demand。...
