With a very vast application vista in industry, swing movable teeth reducer, which is used to transmit rotary motion and power between two shafts with same axis, is a new type of small teeth difference planetary gear driver. It is very important and valuable to do research on the dynamic characteristics and experiment of swing movable teeth reducer. The design methods and theories, such as rotor dynamic theory, modal analysis, fuzzy reliability theory, robust design etc, are introduced to the study of the dynamic characteristics of swing movable teeth reducer in this thesis. This thesis includes the following five aspects: a) analyses of dynamic characteristic of swing movable teeth reducer, and its vibration fuzzy reliability design; b) multi-objective fuzzy robust design of swing movable teeth reducer; c) finite element modal analysis of swing movable teeth reducer; d)the study of efficiency experiment of swing movable teeth reducer; e)steady state thermal analysis of swing movable teeth reducer.A method of transfer matrix impedance coupling is used in the research of the dynamic characteristic hi bending vibration of shaft system of swing movable teeth reducer according to the construction peculiarities of swing movable teeth reducer. The calculating model of critical rotational speed in bending vibration of shaft system of swing movable teeth reducer is built. The method and the formula ofcalculating vibration fuzzy reliability of the shaft system are presented.A method of robust design based on the orthogonal design is used in the fuzzy optimization design of swing movable teeth reducer. The model of robust optimal design is built. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to pass judgment on the results of optimization design. At last, the optimal combination of design variables of the swing movable teeth reducer is obtained with the variance analysis.A three dimensional solid model of swing movable teeth reducer is built in the CAD software - UG. The modal analysis of the model is done by using the software - ANSYS. The first ten natural frequencies and vibration modes of swing movable teeth reducer are obtained.The transmission efficiency experiment table of swing movable teeth reducer is designed. The experiment plans and regulations are proposed. The research on date handling method of the experiment is done.The factors causing temperature rising and the distribution of steady-state temperature field of swing movable teeth reducer are analyzed with the heat transfer theory. The thermal network model of steady-state temperature field of swing movable teeth reducer is set up. The calculation models for power losses, heat transfer and thermal resistance of swing movable teeth reducer are established. The thermal network figure of swing movable teeth reducer is drawn. According to the figure, the heat balance equation group of swing movable teeth reducer is built. The distribution of the steady-state temperature field of swing movable teeth reducer is analyzed.
