The Research Of Electric Nail Gun Performance Evaluation Method And The Design Of Test System

At home and abroad, electric nail gun performance testing is to stay in the use of test. In this paper, we research the quantitative test method of the electric nail gun performance and design the test system.The main work and achievement of this paper is as follows:(1) Summed up the power tools at home and abroad test status and the existence of the problem, Introduce the detection technology and methodology of the rotating and reciprocating type power tools. Understand the aims and significance of electric nail gun performance test.(2) Introduction the working principle of the electric nail gun, analyse the key factors affecting electric nail gun performance, based on these key factors, we give the evaluation methods of the work performance and durability performance(3) Based on the performance evaluation of electric nail gun, analyse the function request of the test system and finish the work of system design.(4) In accordance with the function request of the test platform, we design the clamping structure, driving structure, flipping structure, loading structure and fully implanted structure. After the manufacture and assembly, we finished the debugging work of the every structure of the test platform.(5) In accordance with the function request of the measurement and control System, design the hardware and the software of the measurement and control. We also finish the debugging work of test System and do the test of the electric nail gun work performance.The research of the electric nail gun performance evaluation is contributed to scientific and reasonable evaluation of the performance of electric nail gun. The design of the test system provides a reliable platform for the work performance test and durability test and has positive significance for the development of the electric nail gun.
