In over 30 years of reforming and opening up,with the deepening development of the socialist market economy,reform of the market system continued to bring forth new ideas from the old,once the power grid enterprises have also been reshuffle of monopoly industries.From the factory network separation,and then to sell electricity into the elements of market competition,the power grid enterprises are facing unprecedented new pattern and changes.Research and optimize the power marketing strategy to support enterprise management has gradually become the core of the work of power grid enterprises.Ensuring the accuracy of marketing quality evaluation is an important prerequisite for formulating business strategies.At present,the evaluation mainly uses the subjective weighting method and the direct business deduction method.The weight setting is relatively single and cannot meet the complex and diverse evaluation needs.As a result,it is necessary to develop an objective and just evaluation idea,to adopt the evaluation method in line with the actual situation,to build a reasonable evaluation model that can be popularized.Only in this way,it can refine high-quality management recommendations and continue to promote the healthy development of enterprise management.In this paper,in view of the traditional indicators and business evaluation are existing subjective empowerment which is divorced from reality,the deduction method lacks scientific fairness,the model cannot meet the dimensional analysis and so on,on the basis of studying entropy weight method and bayesian model average algorithm(BMA),combined with actual cases and evaluation experience,This paper proposes a set of evaluation methods of marketing work quality with strong applicability;On this basis,This paper designs and develops a multifunctional application system of power marketing work quality evaluation.It is applied to the evaluation and decision of power marketing management level in power grid enterprises.The problem of long evaluation cycle,large workload,scattered data management,invalid result and single method was solved effectively.It provides effective theoretical basis for quality evaluation and management decision,also quickly improve the quality and efficiency of quality evaluation.It accurately supports the improvement and optimization of grassroots unit management.The evaluation results were unanimously approved.
