In the past ten years, with the development of modern manufacturing technology, the volume of electronic devices was becoming less and less, and so is the dissipation, which leads that using some micro power generator to drive this kind of devices is possible. Using these micro power generator as the power supply has some advantages. It can avoid changing batteries frequently, cut down the emission of used batteries, dig the potential advantages of micro sensors, make it come true to supply power for electronic devices without outer power supply in short or long distance and fit with the practical requirements.Nowadays, the research on abnormal micro power generator above the world focuses on the generator power equipment based on polar energy and vibration energy. Furthermore, the research on the power generator based on vibration is trending to three orientations: piezoelectric power generator, electrostatic power generator and electromagnetic power generator. In paper, a piezoelectric power generator will be researched. The relative research work is as following.According to the reverse piezoelectric effect, the principle of conversion from mechanical power to electrical power of piezoelectric power generator based on piezoelectric cantilever is analysed and the relative mathematical model is erected. Furthermore, the relation between the parameters of the cantilever and the voltage produced by the cantilever is simulated. At the same time, a SQR which object function is output power of the cantilever is used to optimize the parameters of the cantilever. Next, a experiment platform is built under the base of former model. Then, a test system mostly composed of a data-collect card and the platform is under the way. Besides, a ZnO piezoelectric cantilever which has been designed is analysed on the platform. The experiment shows that the erected mathematic model is accord with the results of the experiment. Finally, according to the features of piezoelectric cantilever, a micro piezoelectric cantilever array power generator model is designed in order to improve the ability of harvesting electric power and fit with the power need of some micro devices.
