In the growing energy shortage today, due to the non-renewable resources yearly consumption, energy problem are concerned by governments, academia and even the general public, to develop a new long-lasting clean energy has become an important research topic in the world. Vibration energy is everywhere in the natural environment as a clean energy, collecting these vibrational energy for human use can effectively alleviate the social demand for energy. At present, the piezoelectric power generation materials combined with dynamics, electricity, researching and Collecting vibration energy in the environment can become a high-profile issue.Piezoelectric ceramics of cantilever piezoelectric generator can make mechanical energy into electrical energy by piezoelectric effect, The structure is simple, the processing is convenient, the green environmental protection and can effectively collect the mechanical energy in the natural environment. By studying the power generation characteristics of cantilever piezoelectric ceramic power generator and influence of relevant parametersrelated, get a better structure of the piezoelectric ceramic cantilever beam generating device, on this basis, in order to achieve self-powered of wireless keyboard, design a self-powered wireless keyboard, its core iethe piezoelectric ceramic cantilever beam generating device.Based on the method of finite element analysis, generating voltage of the piezoelectric ceramic cantilever beam generating device is analyzed on simulation,get influence law of generating voltage under different excitation displacement,different substrate materials and different piezoelectric ceramics thickness, it provides evidence for the selection of a suitable substrate material and a suitable piezoelectric ceramics thickness.Through designing the experimental platform and the experimental circuit, the power generation characteristics of cantilever piezoelectric ceramic power generator in four different connectors are researched under conditions of low frequency 2Hz,get influence law of generating voltage under different connectors and change rule of Resistance and power, it provides evidence for the selection of suitable condition.Based on the simulations and experiments, two structural optimization design methods are uesd to improve the power generation performance of cantilever piezoelectric ceramic power generator, two optimization methods are verified bysimulations and experiments, Conclusions show:optimized power generation device can indeed improve the power generation performance.Finally, use optimized power generation device to design a kind of self-generation wireless keyboard, each of the components of self-generation wireless keyboard is designed.
