Station square is a important part of synthetical passenger transport hub, so analysis and evaluation of its pedestrians scientifically is very significative. Parameters and behavior of pedestrians on station square is different from other conditions' partly, which needs special research. This thesis makes follow research based on a wide range of related material:Firstly, this thesis answers which are the primary parameters when describing the pedestrian on station square, that is speed, space requirement, acceleration, and interaction range. Then summarizes and analyses factors affecting expectation speed and real speed, and bring forward a value distribution of the first parameter specially. This paper makes qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis on static space requirement, movement space requirement and space requirement when taking objects of pedestrian. My paper also discusses the interaction range, based on view field of person, perception area and reaction distance when walking, which is the theoretical basis of abstract method for simulation model. The thesis categorises the pedestrian on station square into three sort, pedestrian with aim, static pedestrian and stochastic pedestrian, according to traffic fact. I discuss the served flow, path choice and self-organization of pedestrian with aim, and the area choice trend and space requirement of static pedestrian. My thesis makes a summative research on primary pedestrian transport microscopic simulation models, and reaches a conclusion that the social force model is more suitable for station square. Then I study the value choice method of speed and space equirement of the model. Finally, this thesis discusses how to emulate all kinds of behaviors of pedestrian using AnyLogic pedestrian library. Then the station square of Beijing Railway Station is simulated, using research results in the thesis. By simulation, I estimate the measures to resolve the problem existing in reality.
