The transport network is one of main object for socio-economic, its stability is directly related to the development of the national economy. However, the operation of transport network is affected by many factors, so that it is caused by the uncertainty. Therefore, in order to better solve the traffic problems, it needs to correct the operational status of network evaluation and analysis.As the road traffic system is a large dynamic system, it is just divided into 0 /1 two states for the sections by the traditional reliability of connectivity analysis, so it is too strict. And in recently the connectivity analysis are based on the assumption that its probability distribution, but it can not fully reflect the dynamic performance of the network. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a new reliability evaluation method to arbitrary two-node network reliability from the 0 and 1 binary extended to [0,1] interval. So it will be better reflect the true transport network, at the same time be more scientific and reasonable evaluation of the results of the road network.Based on the above analysis, this paper summarizes the status of research on the performance reliability assessment of road network system at home and abroad. Based on the combined data of network in Beijing and the analysis of traffic flow, this paper propose a method of connectivity reliability evaluation, followed by further analysis of the method in a state of division of traffic, connectivity of the proposed indicators for the evaluation of urban road connectivity unit. And on this basis, analysis of the whole road network connectivity and at the same time, this article in conjunction with the connectivity and reliability analysis methods, a new adaptation algorithm for traffic network, the main idea of the algorithm and the realization of the process analysis outlined, and Visual C + + as the language of algorithms developed experimental system for reliability evaluation. Finally, the paper studies the case of road network with specific examples.
