Linear motor is a kind of drive equipment for converting electrical energy into linear movement mechanical energy,which is often used in the occasions of converting rotary movement into linear movement.Using it,we can leave out many in-between transferring machines to simple the whole system,less maintenance work, more stability.Hence,the usage of the linear motor has a good foreground in the fields of traffic,industry,national defence and so on.In the first part,the related linear induction motor theory is introduced,and the development history of the linear induction motor and its drive technology is reviewed. Also the control method of the linear induction motor is introduced.In the second part,analysis of the linear induction motor's electromagnetic field is done with the large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS.Through the research in magnetic induction,conductor current,and the electromagnetic force,the working principle of linear motor is verified for the future work.In the third part,for the linear motor unique end effect,the dynamic effect of the vertical edge is analysed,and a model of vector control of the linear induction motor mathematical which considering the edd effect is set up.According to the vector control simulation results,it shows that the system dynamic characteristics is improved after the longitudinal edge effects of the dynamic compensation.In the fourth part,a hardware and software design of IPM+DSP-based structure of linear induction motor vector control system is given,and some theoretical research and practical exploration of the key aspects in the design has been done.A linear motor vector control algorithm is implemented in C language.Through the compiler debugging,the correctness of some subprogram has been verified,such as current sampling,the speed detection,voltage,the rotor flux and SVPWM output.Finally,some experiments is conducted according to our system.In the paper, based on the experiment analysis,the efficiency and feasibility of the scheme is verified, and the direction of further improvement is pointed.
