The Constitution Theory And Quantitative Evaluation Method Of Trip Cost About Private Car In Urban Areas

As the rapid development of the economic in China, the urban population and the number of private cars have been expanding rapidly, which has occupied a great deal of social resources. The study of trip cost of private car started earlier in foreign, whereas the same study hasn't been carried out in china our country, there is no improving theory and methods in calculating private car's trip cost in urban.First of all, based on the analyzing and summarizing the current trip cost of privet car, this paper established the system of private car's trip cost in urban. Secondly, this paper analyzed all kinds of trip cost of privet car in urban, which leaded to making sure the impact factors, formation mechanism and evaluation index system of the privet car's trip cost. Thirdly, based on the calculating theory and method of trip cost at home and abroad, this paper has improving the calculating method of time value, traffic accidents cost and road infrastructure cost, which lead to establishing the evaluation model of privet car's cost in urban. Finally, making Beijing as example, this paper estimated the privet car's trip cost in 2005, the result showed this cost accounted for 9.426 percent of this city's GDP, occupied large number of social resources.
