| Some drawbacks such as sedimentation on the bottom of piles and mud around the shaft arise from traditional construction technique of bored pile.Those disadvantages will be reduce Pile's bearing capacity notablely. Post-grouting technical is a brand-new construction technique on improve the pile foundation bearing capacity. It can be overcome those disadvantages and improve the Pile's bearing capacity.Base on investigating and studying massive literature in the domestie, the article summarized strengthen theory and the factor of effect about post-grouting pile , discussed the factors of how post-grouting technique improves the physical and mechanical characteristics of tip layer and lateral soil of the pile squeezing,feeding,splitting,replacing and problems such as channeling and slurry emitting etc.Then proposed some corresponding precautions. Used the skin friction of pile has strengthening effect to explanate the feasibility which post-grouting can advance pile's limit bearing capacity. In the same time, through the post-grouting project practice and the data of tests, discussed that the rule of various soil layer limit friction resistance which occurred before grouting and after grouted, analyzed the factor which influence the supporting capacity of the post-grouting pile. The result of test piles show that post-grouting pile not only can advance pile's limit bearing capacity and decreasing of settlement,but also made skin friction increase by several times and reduce settlement amounts on the top of piles. On the basis of static loading experiment, the settlement can reduce to 50%. Through the data contrast, analyzed reasonable length of pile, getted a very good economic effect.Through analysis to test result, make some suggestions to project pile's design, construction and post-grouting construction. At last, This paper sums up the conclusions and defects.Hoping the paper's conclusions can get up to certain guiding significance for the project.
