| Highway transportation hasdevelopment rapidly recent yearsin our country,the total mileage of the highway has exceeded 120 thousand km during the 12th Five-Year.withconstant completion and expanding ofthe expressway network, which through topographic conditions, geological conditions, etc. is complicated day by day.The proportion of bridge structures is increasing continuously due to bridge and viaduct,also causes the project cost to improve continuously.the drilling hole pour pile’s bearing capacity is slackened grievously because of sediment at bottom pile. Starch-pressing technology after pouring pile can effectively remove the sediment at bottom pile,improve the interaction between pile and soil,improve the bearing capacity of the bottom of pile,reducing pile length effectively. It is a new technology of reducing the bridge engineering cost.This paper is based on the application of the pile-end post grouting of Yueqing Bay No.1 Bridge in Taizhou coastal freeway. Firstly, the author analyze the mechanism of improving the bearing capacity of the post grouting technology, calculate the post grouting of pile test.secondly, The effect of post grouting technology to improve the bearing capacity of the pile foundation is verified through slurry mixing ratio test in construction site, grouting test and Pile Static Load Test after grouting in construction process, author gives a summary to construction technique of bored pile by base post-grouting for the project.finally, the experimental study showed that by using this technology in the actual project, it can improve the bearing capacity of the bottom of pile effectively, reduce pile length, satisfy requirements of engineering design, have a good economic benefits and make a preferably direction to other similar projects. |
