Study On The Durability Index Of Concrete Pavements

It is a main factor of influencing pavement performance and shorting pavement life that the durability of the service concrete is insufficient. At present,the main problem about durability is:the index is indeterminate,not overall, nonstandard.The durability problem of the service concrete is a comprehensive problem,it is not all scientific to appraise and judge with any single index. On the research foundation of the evaluation index of the durability of the domestic general concrete structure,this text combines the special force condition of the cement concrete pavement,and the durability index of the concrete in the railway and building field are introduced are analysed and contrasted. Through to the analysis and research influencing the raw materials of the durability of the service concrete, have proposed the standard method to test on the basis of every index of the weatherability and the loading resistance inclusive,and propose the ranges of different individual evaluation indexes of the durability of the service concrete;On the basis of setting up the durability environment division of the concrete pavement and introducing the concept of durability index, propose the durability index range of the service concrete of the different traffic grade under different environmental conditions;In addition, to considering the deformation little in the durability appraisal of the concrete at present, in terms of deformation of the concrete, this text has put forward the fracture toughness and brittle of the concrete as the new evaluation index of cement concrete durability.
