The poor durability of cement concrete pavement is a key aspect that constraints of its construction and development, there are many factors affecting the durability of the cement concrete pavement, while the composition of concrete mixture is one of the most important link. The paper starts with concrete composition and raw materials, based on the introduction of the new index to evaluate the durability of Cement Concrete Pavement, through regression orthogonal design it researches on the variability law of the concrete durability under the conditions of different mixture components in order to orientate the material composition that adapting to the requirements of concrete durability.Firstly, the paper analyzes and studies the factors affecting the durability of the cement concrete pavement. According to all kinds of factors affecting the durability, starting from the composition of raw materials, and through the study of brittleness of concrete, toughness, stiffness, as well as anti-deformation property it introduces a new evaluation system of the durability—load-resistant performance, which includes brittleness index, fracture toughness and elastic modulus. Through quadratic regression testing design and laboratory experiment, it studies the variability law of all evaluation indexes under the single-factor change of the water-cement ratio, sand ratio, the amount of cement and cement fineness and Multi-factor interaction changes,determines the optimum mixture ratio affecting the durability,and determines the optimum mixture ratio of cement concrete to meet the durability requirements.Through laboratory testing and the quadratic regression orthogonal analysis, it concludes water-cement ratio is 0.38—0.41, sand ratio is 35.2%—37.5% and cement is 390—406 kg/m~3. It also recommends cement fineness 375—420 m~2/kg to meet the durability of cement concrete pavement.
