Synchronous grouting is a construction method which is avoid ground deformation and formation of the neighboring structures of the impact of causing destruction caused by shield construction that is when the shield from the advancing shield tail segment, the emergence of ultra-segment dug the back of the gap, and when the tail off the the segment then in the segment back filled with a serous consolidation. Grouting synchronization is not only effective in inhibiting formation of settlement, but also to prevent the segment joint water seepage more effectively; Grouting synchronization can keep segment and soil forming a stable overall, with which to prevent gas escape from the flat segment and the circular segment to lateral movement, deformation, pressure swing. In order to achieve the desired objectives of the grouting synchronization, first select the type of geology and adapted to shield the grouting material.For a large Permeability coefficient and water-rich strata, synchronous grouting need the requirements of the grouting material can be quickly filled, water-holding capacity, and do not disintegrate, the rate of small decanters after injection can not easily be diluted out by groundwater and such kind ofperformance, and to ensure that time later can meet the strength. So for water-rich strata shield tunneling construction, the grouting materials of synchronization grouting must have be characteristic with appropriate setting time, chromatography water rate and strong anti-water dispersion and so on.In this paper, directed against the special requirements of synchronous grouting material in water-rich strata, reference to China's construction of the corresponding shield tunnel construction grouting data synchronization, take cement, fly ash, bentonite, natural river sand as raw material the production of cement mortar grouting material as synchronization grouting material. By a large number of different tests on the amount of raw materials, the synchronization of grouting slurry consistency, setting time, strength, anti-water dispersion of the performance of such detection; to determine the appropriate water-rich strata synchronization grouting mix construction materials. In this paper, through a large number of test data to make a scientific analysis that the raw materials of synchronous grouting slurry properties, as well as the volume of raw materials and paste the relationship between performance. Then proposed reference for the water-rich strata grouting materials and mix design.
