In this article, the calculations of wind-resistance and earthquake-resistant were mainly researched in dynamical calculation and the Reynolds number influence on vortex resonance was also researched . A long time, the calculations of wind-resistance and earthquake-resistant of bridge were researched separately, but the calculation-methods were not Connected. In view of this, the calculation-methods of wind-resistance and earthquake-resistant were compared in detail on foundation of the discusses of methods of calculation, and the calculation-methods were applied in engineering examples. In addition,two models of section-main beam were produced. The ratio of width and height of the models were 1:10 and the proportions of the models were 1:25 and 1:50.The experiments of vortex resonance and surface pressure measure of the models were done separately, researching the vortex resonance under Reynolds numbers. The main contents of this text were as follows:1. Three aspects of the calculation-methods of wind-resistance and earthquake resistant were compared, including the calculations of theoretical basis, static methods and dynamic methods. The commons and differences of the calculations were summarized.2. The calculation-methods of wind-resistance and earthquake-resistance were applied in the calculations of the bridge called "Qi luogou".The static-calculations of the wind-resistance were calculated. The results of the calculation were analyzed; Elastic-plastic response of earthquake wer analyzed by the dynamic methods. The results of the calculation were also analyzed. Shearing-resistant for piers and columns of bridge was calculated.3. By the test wind, the Reynolds number influence on the amplitude of vortex resonance was investigated; The Reynolds number influence on the Power spectrum of vibration was investigated; The Reynolds number influence on the relevance of Aerodynamic and the total Aerodynamic was investigated; The surface pressure of the model and the fluctuating pressure coefficient were investigated; The Reynolds number influence on the fluctuating pressure coefficient and the average pressure coefficient was investigated.The research indicated that Reynolds number had a great influence on these aspects.
