With the development of communication, our country has the most complicated tunnels with the fastest developing speed in the world. The highway tunnel is regarded as the bottleneck section of the high-speed network of highway, incidenting to a traffic accident, and the extent of accident hazard is great, aftertreatment is hard to dealing with. By the analysis of relevant information, it is known that the traffic accident of the tunnel section in expressways mainly relate to the driver, and the driver mainly relies on the visual system to obtain various traffic information. So it is very important for the traffic safety to study a driver in the behavioral characteristic of vision in the highway section of the tunnel.This paper is based on tunnel environmental characteristic,accident characteristic and the study of the driver's dynamic visual characteristic, through the analysis of the eye movement behaviours, confirmed that the driver's fixation duration, the percentage of fixation time, the average fixation time, the average saccade speed, pupil area and the percentage of fixation time , the percentage of fixation number, the average fixation time of each interested area in general road , short tunnel road, tunnel group road and specialty tunnel road.Using Eyelink record in real car test, we record eyes move data, and analyze driver's eye movement in short tunnel road, tunnel group road and specialty tunnel road,and use fast cluster to divide the driver's fixation into five interested areas, the correspond to the spatial overlay view, finally confirm the mainly watching goal of each interested area.The examination shows that under the environment of four kinds of roads, the drivers all rely mainly on fixation,saccade played a subsidiary role, and mainly slow saccade. The distribution of the driverr's fixation time, the distribution of the saccade speed, the change of pupil area, pupil area on average and the percentage of fixation time, the percentage of fixation number of each interested area in short tunnel road, tunnel group road and specialty tunnel road are different from general road. The difference in the percentage of fixation time, the average fixation time, the average saccade speed and the average fixation time of each interested area under four kinds of road environments are not big.
