Study On The Index System Of Comprehensive Safety Assessment For Highway Long Tunnel Groups

In recent years, long tunnels, the specialty tunnels and tunnel groups were built accompanying with the rapid development of expressway construction in China. All these tunnels offered great convenience to people, but unfortunately tunnel accident become a big problem for speedway operate safely. How to manage the tunnels to be safe, make sure the tunnel running safely, and bring them into greatest social and economic benefits, these aggravating problems becomes great tasks of relevant departments. Thus, developing studies on security assessment of highway tunnel groups, finding out existing potential safety hazard, and putting forward reform advice have important significance for harmonious development of road traffic business.Based on traffic accidents in home, especially statistical data of tunnel traffics and typical tunnel accident cases, deeply analyzed the characteristics of tunnel traffic accidents, enumerated the status of tunnel safe studies, analyzed the causes of tunnel(group) traffic accident in "people—vehicle—road—environment" system, investigated seven aspects involving topic structure of tunnel groups, traffic engineering facilities, import, export and environment around, electromechanical equipments for tunnel groups, emergency rescue system, ventilation and lighting, safety management, maintenance service effect running safety.Through comparison of kinds of safety evaluation methods, based on actual characteristics long highway tunnel groups, hierarchy analysis-G₁- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation has proposed for formal safety assessment; evaluation index system can be confirmed by hierarchy analysis method , and weighting coefficients determined by G₁ method , expert consultation got from census schedule especially established; weighting coefficients of evaluation indexes been calculated according to the suggestions and data; at last a index system of comprehensive safety assessment for highway long tunnel groups were established.Xi-Han express way Qin ling long tunnel group was selected as a practical example, Engaging Specialists to score the tunnel group base on all indexes in index systems comprehensively; and then found out the potential safety hazards, also reform measures were proposed.
