For the convenience of transportation,more and more tunnel groups have been built in some complicated and dangerous mountain areas,but the tunnel group should be paid attention to as a bottleneck of highway safety operation.Especially when there is a long slope in a tunnel,the danger index will increase sharply.Vehicles running on these roads often cause serious traffic accidents such as rear end collision,which cause great losses to people's lives and property.Lotus(right line tunnel 3165 meters),Huilong Wan Long Tunnel(right line 1322 meters)and Bai Tao(right line tunnel 4267 meters)and 3 tunnels of long tunnels on highway project,which K2+815 ~ K11+073 segment for the continuous downhill 8 kilometers of continuous long road.The Chongqing chemical industry park in the area where the project is located is dominated by the chemical industry.There are more special vehicles and more dangerous,and the safety situation of the continuous long downhill section of Bai Tao tunnel group is more severe.This paper is based on the research at home and abroad,according to Bai Tao tunnels up to 8 kilometers of continuous long downhill,the tunnel group continuous long downgrade road traffic safety measures were analyzed.The main research work and achievements:(1)the research status of long downhill,safety operation accidents and safety measures at home and abroad is expounded in detail;(2)a comprehensive exposition of the project's general situation,the characteristics of the project,as well as the project traffic safety operations measures;(3)through the analysis of the traffic safety characteristics of the continuous long downhill section of Bai Tao tunnel group,the characteristics of the accident,the influence factors of the traffic accident and the driving characteristics of the driver are pointed out;(4)put forward the security technology of Baitao tunnel group continuous long downgrade section,including the comprehensive emergency lane design,cooling tank design,rotating design,anti-collision barrel guardrail facilities design,electromechanical design,traffic signs and markings jinjitingjudai design,traffic safety management etc.;(5)the Bai Tao tunnel group continuous long downgrade road transportation of hazardous chemicals safety management measures,including: the necessity of the management of dangerous goods transport,the definition and classification of hazardous chemicals,factors on the transport characteristics of hazardous chemicals transportation safety and effect,through the tunnel of hazardous chemicals transport vehicle safety management,emergency rescue system of tunnel accidents by dangerous chemical vehicles.The main research results of this paper is to present a new set of emergency Lane between the tunnel and the tunnel to Longwan Bai Tao;additional cooling pool between the tunnel and the lotus back to Longwan tunnel;rotating anti-collision barrel is arranged in the guardrail Baitao tunnel exit ends;the hazardous goods vehicle management.The safety guarantee technology proposed in this paper and the safe transportation management strategy of dangerous chemicals will provide guarantee for the safe operation of the long and long decline section of Bai Tao tunnel group.These research results and the means and methods adopted have certain theoretical significance and practical application value for similar engineering practice in the future.
