Study On PLC Controller Of The Driving System On Fully Hydrostatic Bulldozer

Hydrostatic Transmission System is a closed pump-motor hydraulic drive circuit, which applies mechanism, hydraulic, electronic and advanced measuring and controlling technology to the driving system. It can drive the left and right wheels of the construction machinery independently, achieve step-less speed regulation and spinning turnaround, change the structure and performance of the machinery essentially.This paper analyses the structure and working principle of the driving system of the full hydrostatic bulldozer, the working characteristic and controlling principle of the engine and the variable displacement hydrostatic pump and motor, presents the controlling scheme of the driving system. It selects the Fuzzy Control as the core control arithmetic, uses the Fuzzy Control toolbox of MATLAB to achieve the design calculation of the main control unit, and establishes the Fuzzy Control checking form. It chooses the PLC as the main control unit, completes the hardware design of the control system, uses SIMATIC Manager tool to design the hardware configuring, works out the realizable blue print of the Fuzzy Control arithmetic by PLC and the Ladder Logic programs of the Fuzzy Control block and main function blocks.By the construction machinery under-pan experiment platform, it debugs the software of the controller, tests the main function block online, validates the feasibility of this system, puts forward the father improving schemes and measures.
