Presently the technology of Full Hydraulic Bulldozer driving control is only mastered by a limited range of companies and most of them use their own hardware controlors which are independent and incompetable to each other.On the use of control algorithm,the PID is widely accepted as the core algorithm of the control system,which is in lack of intellectual judgement and the ability of self-learning.This article is about to introduce the present research status and future development of Full Hydraulic Bulldozer at home and abroad,to issue the constuctions and working principles and to analys the working features of the engine,parametre pump and the parametre motor. Finally, a new desige scheme of PLC controling system would be proposed.The main work which has been done in this article could be summarized as follows:1) Analyzed the constructions of Full Hydraulic Bulldozer controling system,controling principles and propose the entire plan.2) Finished the design of main controller's fuzzy control algorithm by MATLAB fuzzy control tool according to the fuzzy control theory. Creat the corresponding fuzzy control query table.3)With PLC as the core control hardware,configured the controling hardware system by SIMATIC Manager tool and design the PLC controling system4)Finished function tests with the hydraulic simulition platform of Chang'an University.As the test result demonstrated,the CLC-based Full Hydraulic Bulldozer driving control system which is introduced in this article would better meet the requirement of fast reaction, adaptive,and accurate controling.
