Aeroengine is the heart of battleplane, whose performance seriously affects and constrains the flight safety and operational effectiveness. The current means used for nondestructive testing (NDT) of battleplane engines have the disadvantage of lacking integration and comprehensiveness, which leads to poor mobility, low work efficiency, also affects the completeness, accuracy and reliability of inspection results.On the basis of lucubrating embedded technology, this paper designs an integrative NDT system of endoscopy and eddy Current. Integration has two parts. One is physical level integration: the eddy current inspection mainly focuses on flaw qualitative measurement, while the endoscope inspection provides guide for eddy current inspection and surface observation. The other is information level integration: it makes decision-making level data fusion processing with the information obtained from the two inspection methods. Consequently, the two inspection methods can well complete each other, and achieve the purpose of best inspection. The main work is as follows:Firstly, electronic endoscope system is designed with an ARM9 microprocessor. The system hardware is small, portable, and as well as supports for features, such as video processing, while software is real-time. It also designs the CMOS image sensor Driver and application program on the Windows CE5.0 which is a real-time platform.Secondly, eddy current testing system is designed, which includes three parts: the special eddy current sensor, eddy current incentive signal source, and the circuit of signal detection. Experiment results show that the system has the merits of high sensitivity, reliability and stability, so it could meet the needs of aeroengine testing.Thirdly, an integrative NDT system of endoscopy and eddy Current is designed. Experiment results show that: the system can well meet the needs of in-situ testing for aeroengine inspection.Fourthly, this paper chooses the D-S evidence theory of decision-making level data fusion algorithms to make data fusion with the information obtained from the two inspection methods, which increases the probability of defects detection.This project is released by appraisal committee, who agree with that the detection system has advantages such as strong comprehensiveness, advanced technology, inspection rapidly, high accuracy, convenient carrying, And all kinds of whose indexes attain the anticipative goal, while the whole system technology level is in a leading position at home.
