This paper introduces the design method about the measuring and analysis of high-precision voltage. In order to acquire high-precision measurement of voltage, based on hardware circuit, a measuring method of double processors (A/D, MCU and DSP), by means of the design of software, is formulized in this paper. The source of hardware error is analyzed in the paper, and interrelated method is provided to solve the problem. In order to improve the veracity and precision, FIR filter in DSP and piecewise fitting are introduced .And conclusion is obtained according to the analysis and processing of experimental data.There are four aspects mentioned: 1.Design data acquisition system. The system is build around MSC1210, it must fast and accurately transform any parameter under study to digital quantity .2.Analyze the error of the system, find out the origin of the error, especially the error of hardware, and put forward the corresponding countermeasure finally.3.Raise the precision of the system. Use FIR filter in DSP raising the precision as far as possible, to meet the requirement.4.Raise the accuracy of the system. In order to guarantee the consistency of the measured value and actual value, the system adopts piecewise fitting. Finally the measurement precision of direct voltage is over 6 digit, the precision of partial measuring range is 6 1/2 digit.
