Design Of A Wireless Air Compressor Inspecting System Based On MSC1210 Single Chip

Besides, because of the policy of transporting gas from western to eastern, the request of compressor system is being improved.The traditional compressor system use meters to display temperature or pressure, which may need 4-5 meters every stairs. To multi-stairs compressor system, it may need so many meters, that cost so much, and wire is disorder, which is difficult to operate.The paper introduced the designing method and working principle of a wireless air compressor control system which used MSC1210 as data acquisition processing center, used VB to produce managing software, and then send the data by wireless. This system used analog switch to expand 8 channels into 32 channels analog data. Enhance the system capacity of analog acquisition. We can also collect pulse data and digital data. Enrich the scope of the collection system, improve the system's versatility. we use wireless communication technologies to finish communication bewteen MSC1210 and computer in design, so that the scene changed wiring easy, beautiful. At the same time, the reliability of communication can be comparable with the cable, the bit error rate is low and the effect of communication is stable. And what's more, we can calculate, examine, store data and draw picture easily form managing software. Avoiding the cumbersome work of meter reading. This managing software appends access-database, so users can easily store data, find historical data, and print report form easily and so on. Improved the system's ability.The test in scene showed that this system used conveniently,the ability of anti-jamming is very good,the data is exactly,and this system is very easy to operated. Now, this system has been used in air compressor rebuild project successfully.
