It is well known that asynchronous motors are widely used in modern industry,because of technology's developmennt. The electric equipments'fault diagnosis technology has been developed decades. To improve the dynamic performance and adapt motors to the frequent startup and stop, furthermore the speed adjustment advisably in the real-time steering, the variable frequency power serving motors is so universal that it may be the absolutely necessary drive system. But it makes more problems in motors fault diagnosis.With the development of power electronic and motors, treal-time steering and motors fault diagnosis are can be expended ,nevertheless, looking treal-time steering and motors fault diagnosis as a whole is lesser. We analyze motors's infiuence by frequency conversion fault in these condition. Firstly ,according to them athematical model of voltage source inverting three-phase circuit and asynchronous machines . secondly, we analyze motor's effect in initating and operating sation by using MATLAB, when treal-time steering has been borken. We get a representative waveform by magnetic flux linkage's vector transform, when one IGBT is in circumstances of short circuit or open circuit in voltage source inverting three-phase circuit. it is proved that magnetic flux linkage's vector transform is a feasible fault diagnosis to analyze converter motor's diagnosis.
