Green manufacturing is a modern manufacturing mode which comprehensive considered environmental impact and resource consumption, product manufacturing process is the key issue for manufacturing industry to realize green manufacturing. The resources consumption and environmental impact would be different if different process routes were chose to product the same type parts. The resources and environmental attributions evaluation for different process routines that manufacturing the same type part can assist process planner in selecting process routine with smaller resources consumption and less environmental pollution.The research background and research significance of resources and environmental attributions evaluation in manufacturing process were analyzed in first, then the importance of introducing green analysis and evaluation to manufacturing process was described, the present research situation of green evaluation both in home and abroad were summarized.Valve-body manufacturing was taken as an example, parts manufacturing process was decomposed, and the corresponding resources and environmental characteristics model was set up, as well as the resources consumption characteristics and environmental impact characteristics were analyzed. The part manufacturing process model based on IPO chart and resources environmental attributions evaluation index system were built. The corresponding data collection methods and standardized methods were proposed according to the needs of evaluation.Based on the above-mentioned study, data envelopment analysis, analytic hierarchy process, gray comprehensive evaluation were respectively used to evaluate the green degree of four different value-body process routines, then open-grade resultant evaluation method was used to prioritize evaluation results, the results analysis can be used to guide the green improving direction for manufacturing process.Finally, the framework of resources and environmental attributions resultant evaluation system for valve-body manufacturing process was built, development tools and environment configuration were provided, as well as system evaluation model, structure and function were proposed.
