The production model of the integrated production of steel making and rolling is a trend of the development of production process of iron and steel enterprises, which can significantly reduce energy consumption, simplify the process and shorten the production cycle, improve product yield and quality, thereby enhance the competitiveness of enterprises , but this highly integrated production model has a lot of complexity on the production scheduling technology, including the batch for orders of the different types of steel, specifications and delivery requirements; the balance of rolling plan, continuous casting plan, steel making plan; how to regard several different processes as a whole, in order to achieve the synchronization of previous and behind process , just in time of the running time of the logistics ,make full use of high temperature latent heat of the billet, cancel or reduce the reheating process, reduce energy consumption, shorten the production cycle. According to these problems, the following are the article's main innovation and study:(1)Based on meeting the different demands of the steel-making, and rolling respectively, a mathematical model for rolling units of integrated casting and rolling is formulated according to theory of pulling scheduling.(2)A DHCR rolling units and steel making and continuous casting scheduling optimization model are established by the use of linear programming methods.(3)Using the models proceed with case studies on the production problem of shuisteel.(4)According to integration of the casting of the production process characteristics, steeling, casting and rolling three regular process failures are given the appropriate adjustments for actual production to provide the reference implementation.
