| The handling efficiency of the coal terminal is affected by various complicated factors such as handling technology,mechanical equipment,stockpiling strategy and production organization.For the coal terminals that have been put into operation,the scale,handling technology and mechanical equipment of the terminal have been basically fixed.It is difficult to improve the production efficiency by changing them or the cost of improving the production efficiency is very large.Therefore,in order to meet the growing demand of modern logistics.It is very important to allocate the internal resource facilities reasonably,optimize the logistics operation process to improve the terminals’ operational efficiency and competitiveness with reducing the costs.From the overall point of view,this thesis studies the integrated scheduling optimization problem of the coal interim terminal.Based on system theory and method,the production logistics system of coal terminal is deeply analyzed,and the conceptual model and mathematical optimization model of integrated scheduling of production logistics in the coal interim terminal are established,and designs a heuristic genetic algorithm to solve the model.It provides some ideas and methods for the scientific and rational operation plan of coal terminal.(1)Analyzes the handling technology and production process of the coal interim terminal.Based on system theory and method,the characteristics of production logistics system of coal terminal are analyzed,and the integration optimization principle of production logistics system in coal interim terminal is studied.(2)Analyzes unloading scheduling,yard scheduling and shipment scheduling in the coal terminal,summarizes the factors that affect the production logistics scheduling in the coal terminal,and establishes the conceptual model of the production logistics integrated scheduling in the coal interim terminal.According the practicality and flexibility of the model,this thesis makes further research on the constraint relation of integrated scheduling,and establishes the mathematical model of the mixed integer programming based on the optimization target of minimize total port time of all ships in the planning period.(3)Designs a heuristic genetic algorithm for solving the problem.This algorithm generates the initial population based as heuristic rule,uses the structure of the double chromosome to code gene and designs the corresponding decoding algorithm.Taking the coal interim terminal as a practical case,this thesis uses the established integrated scheduling model and algorithm to solve problem,obtains ship scheduling plan during the planning period and verifies the feasibility and engineering applicability of the model budget method.The results of this thesis can be used for the actual production operations of the terminals directly which have benefits to improve the rationality and scientificity of the terminals’ operation plan,reduce the ships’ residence time in port to use the facilities and equipment resources reasonablely and improve the efficiency and comprehensive competitiveness of the terminal. |
