In the rapid development of different types of urban rail transit, mass of construction and operation of the parallel would be in the urban rail transport network in the formation of some long lines, to access the city center and satellite towns closely linked with one another. This super-long urban rail transit line, known as Rapid City rail transit line (hereinafter referred to as City line or R line).The development of the city Line will be to alleviate the problem of excessive concentration of downtown residents to improve living conditions, the development of satellite towns, an important measure for conservation investment. The plan of general conditions of a single subway line is very simple. However, R line operators more complex as their mileage, and sections of uneven flow distribution of the characteristics of the operating line. Therefore, we need to learn the new Train Plan to give full play to the rail transit "speed,large capacity,low energy consumption" the characteristics of the maximum extent to meet the demand for passenger travel. Referenced to domestic and foreign organizations operating line City proposal, This paper puts forward on the City Line Strategy program.This paper first analyzes the technical features of the domain line, and the city of space-time domain characteristics of flow. As a starting point, of City Line main problem - the program trains cross the road, the train formation program, the train stops in the program will be studied.Including the following:(1) With some related research at home and abroad, this paper analyses the City Line's technical features and functions.(2) By studying the City line passenger flow characteristics of the organization to adopt flexible approaches and integrated program of train routing, train service in order to achieve the level of guarantee, the purpose of reducing operating costs . City Line and network operators to participate in the use of carts at the end of a preliminary inquiry . (3) For the City Line section of the suburbs, the combination of express and climbing trains is researched on its feasibility,its advantages and disadvantages . To save the max-time of passengers, establish train parking program model, and through the case to determine the program of stops.(4) According to the program of stops, paints train diagram to compare different combinations of the number of vehicle speed conditions, the resulting line express passenger travel time savings benefits, and ultimately get the best combination of programs and the position of overtaking stop.
