| The vibration that happened at the process of running of bridge crane can make driver feeling tried. This situation can increase risk of misoperation and make driver getting occupational disease if the vibration exceed limit range. In order to reduce the vibration that seat translates to the driver, this thesis search suitable parameters for seat model. The purpose is to improve accuracy of operation and protect driver's health.According to working situation of bridge crane, simulate the process of hoisting, trolley traveling and crane traveling. By means of simulation, we obtained the results of three kinds working model. Through the analysis of modal and harmonic response analysis, obtain the frequencies that are sensitive to vertical vibration. Comprehensively considered the results of simulation and modal analysis, we definite parameter's range of seat model. On the basis of simulation results and modal analysis, definite parameter's range of seat model. According to prototype, set up detailed finite element model of bridge crane. Complete analysis of modal and harmonic response with finite element software. During the research, complete three kinds simulation by means of ANSYS and MATLAB tools, vibration theory and basic significant knowledge. At the process of simulation, theory combines closely with numerical calculation. Their results corroborate with each other. Considering the actual situation of bridge crane, adopt passive energy dissipation for seat model. This method costs low and has good reliability. After set up single-degree freedom system and two-degree freedom system of seat, compare efficiency of two kinds model under different parameters. Then, list out their advantages and disadvantages then definite seat's parameter on the basic of previous results.In summary, suggest designer to use two-degree freedom system. It has good effect that can greatly reduce vibration transmitted to driver. Therefore, it can improve working efficiency and protect driver's health. In addition, simulation process offers some advices for dynamic design. Also, they can refine their product and improve the product's quality, so as to get more interest. |
