Study On Railway Landscape Impact Assesment

With the notion of sustainable development has gone deep into the people's mind, the people have already been aware of the railway not only would has the transportation function, but also the esthetics function of railway would be consider from many point of view, such as landscape, environment, etc. Nowadays, the designs and evaluations of the railway landscape have already become a new question, therefore, it has significant theoretic and practical value to research on the railway landscape assessment and the indicator set of it.Railway landscape is a reflection of the railway environment overall quality. This paper elaborates firstly the concept and characteristics of the railway landscape .Secondly, with the basis of analysis on the constituting factor of the railway landscape, we model research results of Domestic and foreign landscape assessment. Through investigating screening landscape factors which the area of research, We can evaluate highway landscape quality from 3 facets: railway own landscape railway two sides background landscape railway two sides human landscape .The discussed the principle and methods of establishing indicator set of the railway landscape and establishes evaluation system standards. Finally, analyzed the processing process and methods that be carried on in the comprehensive evaluation about indicator, summarized and analyzed the methods that be used in the evaluation of railway landscape. Making sure adopting the method of Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to evaluating the railway landscape, elaborating the steps of that method .And that method be used in evaluation of railway landscape that from Dali to Lijiang in Yunnan, which is regarded as an example analysis. It will provide one kind of reference for the next appraisal work ,And then take some advice in order to promoting the railway and the traveling, the resources, the environmental protection coordinated development.
