Induction motor speed sensorless control techniques do not only have good effect in reducing system complexity and cost,but also improve the control system reliability.Using speed sensorless vector control whose key technology is the accuracy of the estimated speed,we will get closely high-performance driving characteristics of closed-loop control system.The field of high-performance motor drive is still in the stage of theoretical research at home,there is still considerable distance in practical use.Based on this background,realization of the speed sensorless vector control system is studied in this paper.Orienting the control of induction motors,we get the induction motors mathematical model in different coordinate system by the analysis of the relevant principles of vector control.The paper discusses the technical characteristics of speed sensorless control and motor speed to obtain clear signals in different ways. The key research of the paper is based on the MRAS speed estimation model and the analysis of its parameters identification advantages.Based on theoretical analysis and MATLAB / SIMULINK tools,the paper establish the speed sensorless Vector control system simulation model.The simulation analyzes the influence of the speed PI regulator parameters on the rotor field-oriented control performance,adaptive PI controller parameters on identifing speed and the electrical parameters on the performance of control systems.The paper focus on the MRAS rotor flux vector control system for simulation analysis.By tesing on the power electronics platform which is based on the chip DSP (TMS320F2812),the paper verifys the completion of the rotor field-oriented control system with speed sensor.The preliminary experiment of speed sensorless vector control system based on the rotor flux MRAS has been done,the results prove that the speed identification algorithm is feasible.
