Compared with ordinary 3-phase motor,the multi-phase motor have larger torque but lower torque ripple,little harmonic loss and high reliability.It can realize high power transmission using low voltage power and has been widely used in power control area due to its advantages.The controlled motor in this paper is four poles six-phase induction motor,researched on the model built and vector control algorithm,established the digital control system based on DSP and FPGA,used MRAS for speed identification and finally accomplished dual-motor synchronization.Firstly,this paper introduces the structure of the six-phase induction motor winding and establishes the mathematical model of the six-phase induction motor,then deduces electromagnetic torque equation,the flux equation,voltage equations and the motion equations according to the operating principle of six-phase induction motor.Combined with the traditional space decoupling technology of the six-phase induction motor,this thesis proposes new style two bridge structure of six-phase induction motor drive topological structure based on two H bridge topological.After contrastive analysis of simulation result of those two models,the latter which based on single-phase induction motor SVPWM control technology is more fit for this special motor topological.Secondly,since vector control needs motor speed as feedback value in real time,the speed-sensorless vector control is proposed due to the inconvenience of encoders bring.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing methods,select the method of MRAS based in rotor flux,and improve the defects exit.Finally create plans of speed-sensorless vector control based on model reference adaptive system method.With the wide application of high power,high rate,high weight and long distance transportation of the occasion of chain conveyor,large conveyor drive system need to provide stable and reliable starting torque to gentle conveying belt tension so as to improve the stress concentration.After the implementation of speed-sensorless vector control,and further put forward dual-motor synchronization study,construction of another phase motor control system,the speed of transmission between master and slave is realized by CAN bus communication,and finally achieved that the slave motor can follow changes in speed of the master both open-loop and closed-loop in dynamic and steady state.Finally,the paper make a brief description of each part debugging,do experiments and analysis of the results of six phase induction motor vector control algorithm and its extension on the hardware system based on TMS320F28335 DSP and FPGA,verified the validity of the control method.
