With research progress, there has been electric vehicles, natural gas vehicles, methyl alcohol fuel vehicles, hydrogen- fuel vehicles,solar cars and hybrid electric vehicles and so on. The natural gas vehicles are popular around the world and promoting the development of 21st century automotive industry one of the important directions,by its low emissions, suppressed the greenhouse effect and gets rid of dependence on oil these three major characteristics.Natural Gas Vehicles driven the rapid development of the technology of natural gas engine research and development. Decompressor is a very important part of compressed natural gas vehicle fuel supply system.Its major function is to decompression and regulators. So that out of the gas pressure reducer pressure which required to reach the engine and the stability of the framework of a certain to ensure that the air-fuel ratio mixture basically stable. At present, as to structure design of the decompressor in China,it is rare to analyze the effect of decompressor's structure parameter on its performance in the viewpoint of system modeling, rather than determine and regulate the decompressor's specific structural parameter through practical experiment.In order to grasp of the effect of the decompressor's structural parameters on its work, this dissertation uses the method which the theoretical analysis and the model building unify to gas supply system with electronically controled injection with the decompressor to conduct the research, and might the moving part establish the physical model and the mathematical model separately to the decompressor interior gas change of state.Using the Matlab/Simulink mathematical analysis simulation software union systems control principle in the evaluation system stability and the speed response ability's performance index request, changed the decompressor design parameter in view of the model in the influence which brought to the reductor discharge pressure change to carry on the curve simulation and the design parameter performance analysis. Then, gives the parameter selection according to the conclusion based on the modelling the reasonable scope.The research conclusion to the decompressor project work the optimize structure parameter, the enhancement working efficiency have provided the effective help in the future. |
