With the help of analysesing the fault features of rolling bearings,we put forward that we can judge the bearings'working states by adopting the vibrating tset.Through analysesing the features,we deduced the fault-frequecy- calculating formulas of the beaings, and also we found how to determine where the faults took place(the outer ring,the inner ring or the rollers) by analysesing its freguency domain .Based on the study we made an faults diagnosing equipmet using for rolling bearings.It is mainly formed by a 80C196 system board which make it has data pre-analysis ability. It also can link with the computer through RS232 so as to making us obtain more precise diagnosing analysis. With the equipment ,we've done a lot of vibrating tests to the petroleum pumps in one of the oil extraction factory. And the result of the tests are correct which proved by the practice.
