| This paper selected typical Flexspline of Harmonic Drive system as research object, and introduced the developing history, characteristics and working principal of Harmonic Drive System. Based on UGNX4.0, a parameter modeling method was used to build series of solid Flexspline Models with different length-to-diameter ratio and different wall thickness, and correspondent finite models were built in ANSYS APDL method. The boundary conditions and initial load were defined by two pairs of Surface-to-Surface Contact between Flexspline and Wavegenerator through ANSYS Contact Technology. Then the paper calculate and conclude the stress distribution law and deformation law of Flexspline under different load,calculate the stress distribution law and deformation law of Flexspline with different length-to-diameter ratio and with different wall thickness.The paper adopted a whole finite model , keep the teeth of Flexspline in the finite model.and employ the modern science calculation software ANSYS .Thus the results are more close to the real conditions.This paper provided valuable data for Flexspline structural optimization . |
