| Harmonic gear drive is a special kind of drive compare with other ordinary geardrive.It has small volume but also has a lot of teeth on the meshing at same time.Moreover it has high bearing capacity and high precision.So it is widely used in modernindustry.What’s more the most unique superiority of harmonic gear drive is it has theability to transfer the motion and force,which make it used in poor working conditionsuch as high vacuum,high temperature and high pressure even radioactive. After half acentury of development, the harmonic gear drive has been generalized to aerospacefield, national defense military and civilian industry, which make it play an importantrole in human’s daily life. Flexspline is very important component of harmonicreducer,it will occur elastic deformation when it is working.In a word, the geometricand mechanical models of flexspline is very complex, and the strain and stressdistribution of flexspline have a great influence on the harmonic reducer. So it isnecessary to research the modeling and analysis the stress and strain of flexspline.In this paper the,the follow4parts have been researched and have gainedsatisfactory results.1) Researched the parameter selection principle in the harmonic gear meshingtransmission based on the theory of elastic mechanics and material mechanics anddesign the wave generator,flexspline and circular spline.2) Built the2D model by CAXA electron Lab.and then Build the3D model byPro/E software,then import the model into finite element software ANSYSWorkbench.3) Researched the stress and strain of the harmonic gear reducer under theno-load and load working condition by ANSYS Workbench. Researched of influenceon stress of different thickness flexspline by ANSYS Workbench. 4) Simulated the variable stiffness characteristic during harmonic gear drive,demonstrate its hysteresis nonlinear. Provided the basis for lightweight design ofharmonic reducer. |
