The study was based on the author's practice of twoФ11.58m slurry shield's excavation for the West line & East line of Shanghai South Xizang Road Tunnel project, when the slurry-shields passed beneath (the minimum distance is 3.30m) the M8 Line of Shanghai Metro, a large number of real-time data were acquired by EL-Beams which were laid inside M8 Line of Shanghai Metro, the law of settlement varies was generated and analyzed form these data. The influence on the M8 line when the driving parameter varies and the methods of control settlements was studied too. The results of the research can be referred to by similar projects.The law of the settlement is set up based on M8 line displacement data when slurry shield passed beneath the M8 tunnel, the Peck curve line was observed clearly. The influence on the stability and the displacement of soil on the face when the shield face pressure varies was analyzed; hydraulic pressure on the face reached a reasonable setting is concluded. Through theoretical analysis and combined with the measured data, the influence on the face stability of mud indicators (density and viscosity, etc.), cut face leakage volume, standstill leakage deviation was researched, summed up the above-mentioned performance indicators of the significance of the stability of the excavation face; adjust solutions formula of grouting parameters (grouting volume, grouting pressure, grouting location ) according to the actual situation, on the displacement of soil were studied, put forward a suitable grouting parameters; of different parameters advance (advance the speed, shield segment assembling and promoting the construction time) on the displacement of soil, the establishment of the control of soil loss rate optimization program, summed up the period through the promotion of reasonable speed; to the measured data, through seepage and structural coupling numerical simulation method of South Xizang Road shield through the process of changing the existing M8 line displacement and the surrounding soil displacement and pore pressure changes ; the construction parameters of a reasonable set up and construction of the proposed control measures was advised at the end.The rule of time-dependent settlement varies in soils around the shied and the method of control settlements by grouting in circle hoop on the report are innovation and unique in a certain extent.
