Based on the research of"Advanced energy-saving theories and methods of typical heat exchanger in high-energy consumption industries", both in the aspect of engineering and power plant condenser, we explore the heat transfer enhancement of stainless steel corrugated screwed pipe and its reconstructed application in power plant condenser. The reconstructed scheme of permutation of pipe system is first presented.The paper describes the production and quality control inspected technique of stainless steel corrugated screwed pipe, and accomplish the thermal engineering design of condenser of 125 MW unit N-7100-â…¢condenser with manifold algorithms, compare and determine the total heat transfer coefficient, cooling area and cooling resistance of HSn70 -1A pipe, TP304 fluorescent tube and TP304 corrugated screwed pipe. The conclusion of stainless steel corrugated screwed pipe strengthen the heat transfer is confirmed. Multi-situation validity of condenser being calculated simultaneously, we obtain the characteristic curves of different operating mode. The research on the reconstruction of pipe permutation of stainless steel corrugated screwed pipe in the Zunyi thermal plant #8 unit, the validation of scheme is discussed and actual methods are carried out. The paper analyzes the reconstructed effect, and proposes more reconstructed schemes of"permutation of pipe system".The results indicate that stainless steel corrugated screwed pipe has excellent performance in the aspect of mechanical, erodent-proof, heat transfer and economical. Under the same running condition and equivalent heat transfer area, compared with copper pipe, stainless steel corrugated screwed pipe has prominent merits in the aspects of heat transfer effect, longevity, cleanness grade of pipe wall and maintenance expenditure, but some increasing in cooling water flow resistance. The permutation schemes of pipes has shorter construction period, improves reliability and economy of condenser running performance, has extended value in both aspects of new unit and outdated facility.The paper summarizes the work at the end, some suggestions are provided in the research of stainless steel corrugated screwed pipe.
