In this paper,spiral corrugated steel pipe data which is a major form of corrugated steel pipe structure is collected.Based on the study summarized a large number of annular corrugated steel tube on induction,analogy of corrugated steel spiral round research methods and analysis of culvert pipe.Waveform characteristics of spiral corrugated steel pipe,and its application in highway engineering problems is being studied.Combined with finite element software ANSYS by a concrete spiral corrugated steel pipe culverts,make full use of its advantages of engineering simulation to study the stress,deflection,and key parts of the spiral corrugated steel pipe and other issues.Results are as follows:(1)Combined with the existing finite element modeling of spiral corrugated steel pipe culverts models and annular corrugated steel pipe culverts were established distinction,getting the difference between the two modeling process,finding the variables to be controlled,and the successful completion of irregular geometry meshing.(2)Using finite element software to simulate the actual situation of the project,while the analog annular corrugated steel pipe culvert under the same environment,obtain spiral corrugated steel pipe and steel annular corrugated tube surrounding soil pressure distribution pipe circumference equivalent stress.Also,it summarizes the two kinds of stress variation as well as comparative analysis of both the horizontal and vertical deflection,in tube filling height of 2.6m with under different mobile vehicle position corresponding to the vehicle load.(3)By comparing simulation solenoid Corrugated Steel Pipe Culvert with annular corrugated steel pipe culvert analysis,it learn the tube circumference stress and the diameter of the lateral deflection,vertical deflection variation,filling height of 2.6m,3.6m,4.6m,5.6m diameter respectively at the 1.0m,1.5m,2.0m,2.5m.(4)Vehicle on the hard shoulder,lane,passing lane moving research spiral corrugated steel pipe tube circumferential force variation,also studied at different vehicle loads lane tube top stress variation along the tube axis in a test in culvert.(5)Spiral corrugated steel pipe assembling process of the key parts of the splicing technology was studied.Ring stiffness was studied experimentally.Seams parts of the finite element simulation,its assembly,construction techniques are summarized.In this paper,spiral corrugated steel pipe culvert with annular corrugated steel pipe culvert were compared between the two study process,stress,deformation,construction technology advantages and disadvantages,summarized in Road culvert respective advantages and disadvantages.Development of steel bellows system is supplemented.It make a choice for the energy savings and make the basis for reducing the cost.It makes some contribution in the development of highway and municipal road culvert,but also has a certain reference value for the Improvement of highway corrugated steel culvert design specifications.
