Stationary Plasma Thruster(SPT)as one kind of Hall Thruster will be used broadly in spaceflight, it can provide power for satellites control, orbit shift and so on. The followings are its advantages: small cubage, compact configuration, little thruster, great specific impulse. This kind of thruster has a long life-span with which it can be used for exploration far away, available load and expense for spacecraft can also be improved. Ring with the discharge channel for promoting the Hall is the basic characteristics of electronic channels in the ring within a closed loop drift, ion channel in the electric field under axial acceleration to generate thrust. Since the passage of ion beam divergence led to the passage of the ions bombarded the surface, resulting in a circular wall of the channel sputtering corrosion. Restrictions in the propeller of the factors in life expectancy, access wall sputtering most serious corrosion therefore it is significance to study the channel wall of corrosion .Based on the emission spectroscopy, use Avaspace 8-channel grating spectrometer to analysis SPT channel wall corrosion. The details are followings:Spectrum of experimental system construction. The optical system of the building were discussed in detail, including the optical system of measurement principles and programmes, optical components of the features and performance, the optical system calibration process, the integrated optical sensors and optical light signal of the impact of the system Errors in the analysis.Different magnetic focusing circumstances inside and outside wall of the corrosion rate is diagnosed. Magnetic focusing on access has a major impact on corrosion.
